These terms apply to your use of shricl.com (the “Site”), operated by Huangpu River LLC (“SHRICL”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about our company and services. It is not an offer or a contract. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.

2. Payments

Payments made through the Site are processed by Stripe. Amounts, refunds and what a payment covers are as stated at checkout or in your agreement with us. Questions about a charge can be sent to cn@shricl.com.

3. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, code, logos and the SHRICL name belong to Huangpu River LLC or its licensors. Earth and Moon imagery is used courtesy of NASA; see imagery credits. Use of NASA imagery does not imply NASA endorsement. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or republish its content without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party services (for example Stripe or your email app). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is” for general information only and may change without notice. Space scenes are artistic and not to scale. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huangpu River LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Huangpu River LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
